What we collect, and why

Three forms on this site ask for personal details: the seat request, the events enquiry and the hear-first list. This page says what they collect and what happens to it.

Draft · the studio confirms the processor, retention and contact before launch

What the forms collect

  • Seat request: the evening you chose, how many seats, your name, your email, and your phone number if you give it.
  • Events enquiry: what the event is for, your name, your email, your message, and your company, headcount and preferred dates if you give them.
  • Hear first: your email only.

Why

Only to reply to you about the thing you asked for: to confirm a seat and its date, to send a proposal, or to tell you when dates are set. We do not sell or share your details, and we do not add you to any list you did not ask for.

Who handles it

Form submissions are delivered to the studio's email by [form service, to be confirmed], which stores a copy to deliver it. The booking provider, once one is chosen, handles payment under its own terms; this site never takes card details. The page's typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads [until the fonts are self-hosted at launch]. The home page can show our latest Instagram posts. They load from Behold (behold.so), which receives your IP address and browser type, but no cookies and nothing you type. Your browser reuses a copy of the posts for up to six hours.

How long we keep it

Requests and enquiries are kept for [retention period, to be confirmed] after the evening, then deleted. Ask at any time and we will delete yours sooner.

Children

When kids' courses open, we will ask for a guardian's details and only a child's first name and age. We will not publish a child's photo without written consent from a guardian.
